This website is operated by SORA TRADES PRIVATE LIMITED, trading as Konma Xperience (“Konma”, “we”, “us”), a Private Limited Company with its registered office at B-308, Bollineni Hill Side, Phase 2, Perumbakkam, Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600126, India. Konma is the seller of everything listed on this site. We do not host third-party sellers. We sell our own prepared food, packaged food and lifestyle merchandise, and we sell places at workshops and events that we run.

By browsing the site, signing in or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp.
• The number must be yours, or you must have its owner’s permission to use it.
• Keep your device and codes to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
• Give us accurate name, phone and delivery details so that we can serve you.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Before you pay, checkout shows the total with a break-up: item prices, discounts, loyalty points applied, shipping or delivery charges and the amount payable.
• Prepared food is made in small batches and stock is limited. Event places are limited by venue capacity.
• We try to keep listings accurate. If a price or description is wrong, or an item cannot be fulfilled, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid in full.
• Product images are illustrative. Ingredient and allergen information is shown on the product page where available; if you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. You give express consent to the purchase by pressing the pay button after reviewing the price break-up.

Payments are processed by Razorpay using cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets. We do not see or store your card details. Cash on delivery is not offered. The price shown at checkout is held for 15 minutes; after that it must be refreshed.

Delivery is covered by the Shipping & Delivery Policy and cancellations, returns and refunds by the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

• A booking reserves the number of places you paid for on that sitting only.
• A place is held for 15 minutes while you check out. If payment is not completed the hold is released and the place may be sold to someone else.
• Bookings are personal to you and your guests. Follow venue rules and staff instructions; we may refuse entry for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
• We may reschedule or cancel a sitting. If we cancel, you are refunded in full (see the refund policy).

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or defraud others;
• attempt to interfere with the site, probe its security or bypass rate limits;
• use bots or scrapers, or resell our products or event places for profit without our written permission;
• post reviews or feedback that are false, abusive, infringing or unlawful.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

When you submit a review or feedback you allow us to display and use it to improve and promote our business, without naming you unless you agree. You remain responsible for its content and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

The Konma name, logo, text, photographs, recipes, designs and site code belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for personal use; you may not copy or exploit it commercially without our written permission.

We provide the site on an “as is” basis and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

If something is wrong, write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right you have as a consumer to approach a forum closer to you, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
